Beth at Pattisons did a great job at selling our rental flat, she was always available, kept us up to date with progress of the sale and lovely to deal with. The only reason it's not 5 stars as the property took a little longer to sell than I would have liked, but that was no fault of the estate agent. Overall very happy. Thank you :)

Very professional at every stage, they ensured that the property was sold at the best price for the seller and the vendor - it really was a win-win situation for all. Very regularly deal with both the team at Washington branch and Charlotte Mason, at head office, for all my residential letting needs. They can never do enough, in terms of keeping in constant communication with progress and carrying out their role professionally and very efficiently. I would not take my business anywhere else.
