Excellent service from Pattinson in what was a challenging sale. Regular updates on progress and frequent contact and feedback from solicitors and purchaser. All the team were very friendly and approachable and demonstrated great patience. Also helpful in arranging things outside the normal service to assist in the sale. A big thanks in helping to get this sale over the line.

She was friendly very pro active in checking on the status Of my sale of my property . She made several calls to check as I was very disappointed with my solicitor whom I was using for the sale .Wendy managed to speak to the buyers solicitor too and bring together them both into agreement.As you well know the buying and selling of a house is very stressful indeed . The staff at Pattinson were very helpful, always friendly & polite & I give them 5 stars but my only reason for giving 4 stars is because the sale of our property fell through because of a buyer who for months kept giving mis-information that he was proceeding but in actuality was not. We have now decided to renovate first with a view to renting but again thank you Pattinson staff.

He made sure to take the time with my mum and myself, making sure the property was right for her and suitable for her needs. Been in my new property for nearly 3 weeks now, I have asked 4 times via telephone to remove the sold sign, the manner of the staff I spoke to were not bothered in the slightest, totally unprofessional, still stuck with an 8ft Sign 🙄

The crew at Pattinson estate agents on the fell were so helpful when my wife and I called in to ask them questions about the areas we were interested in ,They have fantastic local knowledge and were extremely helpful in every action .Helen the manager pointed us in the direction we could take and Jordan Duffy our agent showed us what we asked to see .Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely be doing future business with them .. a fab little team working very professionally

Pattinson Heaton Branch (NE6) to be precise were marvellous. Hayley in particular alongside the rest of the office diligently dealt with our requests, phonecalls, emails and kept well-updated in regards to our property purchase. They are a great team and will certainly look forward to working with them again God willing the chance opportunes again. Whilst I must confess I did contact and hassle them with bombarding phonecalls to devastating effect; Hayley dealt with me fantastically updating me more than my own lawyers! Thoroughly and genuinely recommended!

Avoid at all costs, very high over inflated unjustifiable fees. Scam you into contracts with solicitors fees and still charge you full even not using their solicitors.Mess you about by moving the property to Auctions which will waste your time and reduce the value of the property.

Sold my house with the whickham branch Lyndsay and Ian have been amazing and helped us through every step of the way! I would definitely recommend the service always call you back and answer your queries and always very helpful, I didn’t feel they were pushy with ‘getting the sale’ and the fees were really good! They did everything to market my property and we’re fabulous throughout the sale I would definitely recommend this team they are very knowledgable and friendly too!
