GoogleCalled me and acted as if I may get the apartment then ghosted me. Called them twice for an update and still heard nothing. Originally stopped looking for a new place because we wanted the one through RR and they didn't have the decency to let us know they gave it to someone else.

GoogleRecently sold our house through Reeds Rains and couldn't have asked for much more in terms of service. Everyone we dealt with in the office was friendly and helpful. Rachel Clark dealt with our sale and kept us informed throughout, with regular updates and chased up through the whole chain when necessary. Made it all as simple as such a complicated and stressful process can be. Would definitely recommend them for a house sale.

GoogleAlthough the inital service was great, upon leaving the property, the estate agent withheld money from myself and the landlord leading to month long disputes. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone.

GoogleShocking with their help. Phoned up multiple times regarding different properties to be told they haven't got the keys yet, we'll give you a call in a few hours. No call, or email. Then told the same when phoning up again. Happened on many different occasions.
