GoogleDo not trust these rank amateurs with your data. 2 data protection breaches on consecutive days, giving us idenfifying details for people putting in a rival bid on a property. Add this to the misinformation they gave us that our offer would be put at a disadvantage because we declined to use their financial advisor, and all in all a poor experience. I wouldn't buy a rabbit hutch they were involved in the sale of, and certainly wouldn't want to sell through them.

GoogleI am not a big review writer but I need to share my expreience with this so called estate agent. I was really interested about a property they are advertising so I was trying to make an appointment. It took them 3 days to answer the phone. I left them several voicemails only to get no answers. I managed to book a viewing at 9:45. The property I am talking about is right in front of their office. I got their in the morning rush only to be kept waiting for about 20 minutes. We climbed about 4 stair high staircase. My agent tried to open up the property for long minutes. It did not happen. He than went to pick up another set of keys and the procedure started again. So I was travelling for 2,5 hours, waited for an agent for 30 minutes and stood at the door for another 15 minutes and I could not even enter to the property. I have been promised to get a call from them on the same day as they are calleng for a locksmiths. I am still waiting for that call even tho it happened a week ago. I only wish I could give them 0 stars.

GoogleI'm looking at selling my mother property, Ryan came out to give me a free valuation. When I said I wasn't looking at putting it on the market immediately, every agent seemed to loose interest straight away, but not Ryan. He sat down with me for a good 30 minutes and explained how he could make it less stressful for my mother and he was one of the most empathetic & understanding young men I've ever met. He's young and dynamic and I'm really looking forward to the reeds rains team helping me sell. We're really happy with the new kid on the block! 5/5 Ryan!

GoogleWe sold and bought last month through Reeds Rains, we went in to see Scott Yule with not much hope of getting a mortgage but he turned it around amazingly, he was always there if we needed to ask questions and explained everything thoroughly. Once the mortgage had been agreed we put our house on the market and agreed our purchase with Danni Dickinson, who was AMAZING throughout, she updated me weekly, let me know the progress of the chain, always called me back if i left messages, she is a credit to the branch and I will definitely be recommending you to any friends that are thinking of selling/buying. GoogleTrying to buy a house with these guys. Do they ever pick up the phone? UPDATE - Put in an offer just under the asking price and was advised this was the figure the seller would accept. Called almost every day for a couple weeks to get an update. No updates but lots of 'I'll call you back in 5 minutes' etc. Not once did they actually call me back. This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an estate agent. They lost out on a sale of a house due to poor customer service. Please think very carefully before deciding to sell a house with these guys. There are much better estate agents in Morley. Avoid

GoogleFantastic support during a particularly stressful house move. We bought a house that had been sold by Reeds Rains. They literally went above and beyond calling solicitors etc on our behalf to try and speed up completion. Rachel and Hollie definitely deserve a mention as they helped over the phone on several occasions. Thank you. Not even been in our new home a week yet but absolutely love it feels like home.
