Nothing was too much trouble and they really did go the extra mile to make things as smooth and easy as possible, from us putting in a bid,to completion,with regular updates in between. GoogleThe review will not allow any lower stars!!! This estate agency firm is a big NO GO. 10x worse than any student agency. They have little to no idea regarding the properties they manage nor do they have any solid line of communications with either the landlords or maintenance team. Since signing to my property I have felt nothing but mounting regret that I have used them. The end of my tenancy cannot come quick enough.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleDanni worked incredibly hard to ensure the property we wanted to buy went through to completion as seamlessly as possible, despite our conveyancing solicitor being pretty slap dash and communication between the two solicitors being extremely poor! GoogleThe Morley branch leave a lot to be desired, unprofessional management & staff. Untruths being told to myself being the vendor & to potential buyers. Staff do not turn up to meet potential buyers, instead they leave them freezing on the street and they lie about meeting times. All promises and no delivery. I would never recommend Reeds Rains. No official complaints procedure and no contact at head office to escalate genuine concerns. Management at branch level never return contact. 0/10

GoogleTHE WORST ESTATE AGENTS!!!! So many problems with my property, crack in ceiling and crack in windows with cold air coming through been trying to get it sorted since June and they say the maintenance team is on holiday and can't help and won't do anything about it!!! And then they have the cheek to put the rent up!!! DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! USELESS!!!

GoogleVery impressed with Rachel Clark's caring attitude and professionalism. Once we had agreed sale of our house through RR and then ran into delays with purchase of bungalow (which was through another Estate Agent), she she went beyond 'The Call of Duty' to get us into our new property.
