GoogleUnprofessional conduct - unnecessary and incessant calls to chase buyer on outstanding matters that are patently out of the buyers control. Buyers estate agent ended up pulling some of their weight to keep the chain afloat.

GoogleTook my nieces property off the market because her abusive ex left them bad reviews and threatened them.... Appalling behaviour from a so called professional, basically enabling his abuse and making my niece a victim again...
Dear Marc Butterworth How very unfortunate that you feel the need to be a keyboard warrior hero for the evening. Let us educate you with the facts here. The registered homeowner (the father of your niece), allowed us to remove the property from the market due to unacceptable and detrimental behaviour towards the staff and the business of Dan Pearce Sells Homes through no fault of our own. The property owned by the father of your niece went on the market higher than we valued it at (£50,000 higher). The photographs used on the listing were from a previous agents listing who had been marketing the property to no avail. Our own photographer arranged to go the property owned by your niece's father on 3 separate occasions and no one answered the door. We didn’t market the property until we had full permission from the OFFICIAL property owner (your niece's father), even though other people tried to instruct us on his behalf (which is illegal behaviour). We was informed by your niece's ex-partner that he was buying out the father of your niece and any other party involved. When our team let him know that we hadn't been informed of this information your niece's ex-partner left an awfully negative review. He was also very rude to our head valuer. Our head valuer then spoke with the father of your niece and explained that as a professional business which has to adhere to legal practices we can't be finding ourselves in the middle of a family feud. Further explaining that it would be best to take the property off the market. The father of your niece stated that although he still wanted to sell it, he did understand why we was taking it off. Going forward; if a mutual agreement is made between the owner and any other involved parties, we are happy to remarket the property. But until they do, we cannot involve the company Dan Pearce Sells Homes and cannot be held accountable. We have taken screenshots of your comments/reviews and as always, when abhorrent, false and damning comments/reviews are left, we will be submitting them to the West Yorkshire Police should these comments and any reviews remain at lunch time on Friday 17th March 2023. An alternative method of retrieving information about this property and its activity with Dan Pearce Sells Homes is to email us and request the timeline of notes and incidents. I dealt solely with Tanya and she was nothing short of fantastic throughout; very friendly, easy to talk to and always professional. She explained everything I needed to know in an easy to understand fashion and made sure I received all the necessary paperwork on time. Had 1 small issue with the property when moving in which required a professional to attend, Tanya arranged arrival within the hour to rectify the problem, I could expect no better. It's clear DPSH are an experienced bunch, the staff he has are well versed on how to provide a great service and they do just that, I'm a happy customer. How they ever sell any houses is beyond me. The only viewing I got from enquiring about 2 different homes for sale was the self initiated 1 when I went and knocked on the vendors front door and said hello. GoogleHands down the worst estate agents in the Morley area. Unbelievably lazy, self centered and arrogant. They do not call you back, then make out they're busy. I physically had to visit their office to find out why they couldn't be bothered to call me back regarding my request to view a house for sale, even though I had called and spoken to someone, got cut off, called again and left a message. When I arrived at their office, there was 1 person on the phone and 7 others sat around giggling to each other, doing absolutely nothing. GoogleDPSH recently sold my property for me and the experience was great, Harry came with his photographer and helped us understand how the whole process works. It had been a while since buying a house, so an overview was very welcome. Upon accepting an offer Dom took over and did an amazing job. Our buyer’s solicitor were absolutely useless. Dom rang them almost daily chasing everyone involved and making sure things kept moving.
