GoogleCurrently in the process of selling a property with Karl Tattler in Moreton and we cannot fault the service we have received to date. From the initial contact with Max who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to Natalie who has effortlessly guided us through the sale process and and kept us informed on a regular basis. We would certainly recommend the team.

Saw Max on a Monday-property on market the Wednesday pm m-offer accepted the Monday! Rachael kept us up-dated weekly through the process which ended in completion this past week. GoogleIf I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I recently bought a house through this company, and the process was smooth up until completion. After that, everything went downhill. Our personal data was repeatedly shared with third parties without our consent. My partner was contacted by building companies about a property he has never lived in (a property my mum lives in) and was even informed that their rent would be increasing. He was also contacted regarding a Section 21 notice that was intended for my mum. Each time they called, my partner clearly explained that he was not on the tenancy and had never lived at the property, yet the calls continued. I gave the branch manager the opportunity to resolve the issue. She assured me it had been sorted, but on the very same day my stepdad received a text containing both mine and my partner’s personal information, information that has absolutely nothing to do with him. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The ongoing data breaches from September until now are completely unacceptable and show a serious lack of care when handling personal information.

GoogleFrom the minute we instructed Karl Tatler Moreton to sell our house, Rebecca has shown the highest standards of professionalism. She has kept us fully informed and has such a personable manner. She worked hard to distribute our house details which led to viewings and an offer on the first weekend it went to sale. We highly recommend this Estate Agent and in particular Rebecca.

GoogleIt’s easy to see why Karl Tatler is the number one estate agents in north Wirral if my experience with their Moreton office reflects their overall company performance. Ably led by Elyse and with a super agent like Becky and her backup team they communicated well and delivered a house sale within the timeframe I had stipulated despite a sluggish market and rising mortgage rates. Their communication with everything from presale details, pricing, viewing, closing and post sale details was excellent, clear and always timely. I particularly enjoyed Becky’s detailed feedback from viewings and her efforts when we had multiple purchasers offering at the same time. Highly recommended. I would use them again tomorrow no questions asked

GooglePretty good when you're looking for somewhere to rent but completely useless after you've given them your money. Numerous issues with the property, some of which have gone unresolved for over six months. I have had to chase them repeatedly (which is difficult for me due to disability) often with no response whatsoever. Doors which don't fit/close, leaks, plumbing which airlocks all the time, broken radiator thermostat, ancient failing shower alternating between hot and cold, an ancient boiler which took 5-6 attempts to repair (and which the engineer noted should've just been replaced years ago). Very much fulfilling the stereotype of bad letting agents.

We were shown a big portfolio of properties all in one condensed period which, for us who lived 1 hour away was perfect. We didn't actually buy with them but that's not due to their lack of effort, simply we found the right property with someone else. Many thanks for your time, effort and positive attitude.
