Completely honest, polite and always at the end of the phone (no matter how big or small the query) without it being any trouble at all. Chris and all the guys at Chalk fields have been excellent and I have never received a better service from any other company or business in the UK. The service and support from Anna (the Sales Rep) has been great, I was really disappointed to find that the moment that we were able confirm that we were a cash buyer there was an unexpected and unannounced £3,000 price increase. Not a huge amount in the scheme of the price of the property, but it was not the way that we expected Ashberry Homes to do business.
