What really stood out was the level of personal care and relentless follow-up during the sales progression. Unlike the large corporate agents, where you can feel like just another number, Sarka personally stayed on top of every detail, constantly chasing solicitors, advising the buyer on what to push with their own solicitor, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. I have worked with Sarka for a number of years as the agent for my rental flat. Recently my flat has had extensive renovations between tenancies. We used Distinct Property Consultants as our letting agents for a flat in central Coventry over a period of seven years. They were very efficient at managing the property for us, and they communicated quickly as soon as there were any problems at the property, so that we were able to be the good landlords we wanted to be. They also made sure that the tenants were looking after the flat properly. This was very important to us as we live three hours away and could not easily go to inspect it ourselves. They were transparent in their dealings with us and we always knew exactly what costs had been incurred. We would highly recommend them as letting agents. When it came to selling the property Sarka was proactive and gave us good advice, which was very important in a falling market. When it came to securing an offer, she managed to secure a price higher than we might have expected, because of the interest that Distinct had succeeded in generating. During the selling process Sarka was always ready to help and advise. On the occasions we were feeling frustrated with lack of progress, we were able to contact her and she made phone calls and sent e mails to get things moving again. We think the sale would have taken considerably longer without Sarka's interventions on our behalf …. We cannot thank her enough for what she did. The best estate agents ever!

Sarka and her team at Distinct are exceptional at what they do. 3 weeks from listing and she’s sold our house for more than “offers over”. Ours was a holiday let which makes access slightly more tricky, but the team managed it to perfection. The whole process is stress free, you are kept up to date with exactly what’s happening, Sarka is transparent, knowledgable and most of all friendly and approachable. I wouldn’t use anyone else to sell a house for me!

Right from my first enquiry right through to letting our flat the service from all the team at Distinct has been outstanding. The information about letting provided at the outset was really useful for me as a first time landlord. Communication is key and everyone I dealt with was clear and concise about what I needed to do and when meaning that our flat was ready to let in good time. After providing us with a great market evaluation, the photography and virtual tour were recorded. Our flat went on the market on Monday, but Tuesday 4 appointments had been mad for Wednesday when the flat was snapped up by the first viewers. We couldn't have been more delighted. Victoria and Distinct are highly recommended, they sold my home. As I am a professional property investor having sold 4 properties this year, here is why they come highly ranked by Me. They do not entertain buyers until they have verified the buyers have lending and cash lined up. Victoria took the time to get to know all the selling points of my property. Some Agents do nothing and you get 100's of repeated non sensical questions via the Solicitors. They assessed a fair value and prevented a low ball offer which is something I've had to put up with all other Agents. The other Agents just want to close a sale - they are not working for their Client. Distinct works for you as the client as they should do, as the client I pay them it is shocking how many Agents do not know who their client is. Distinct is the only Agent I have used who has been on top of each step of the process, which can include, lending approval, when the valuation is completed, when completion is agreed. The other Agents have dropped the ball after the offer is made I was the one chasing the Agent or the Solicitor with all the other Sales.

I stayed at 2 Willow End, Little Compton for 5 weeks before relocating abroad, the property was beautifully decorated and all essentials provided it was home from home. Distinct Properties have really shone during the purchase of a new home. So much so, I will continue to feel incredibly grateful for their interaction and support during several months of challenges that I'd experienced with other parties within the sale chain. Initially experiencing some uncertainty with the property type, these were quickly surpassed during the offer and purchase process. Sarka and her team are amazing ! We sold second house with Sarka’s company where viewings, offer and acceptance has been dealt with within a week! Both properties sold at difficult times, first one just after Brexit vote and current one during cost of living crisis. Sarka’s advice on the pricing is spot on, also following up with each interested potential buyer isn’t usual for other agencies. This what makes her agency different, also connection that she is creating between all interested parties, keeping eye on every details from photographs, viewings throughout sale.
