GoogleShockingly rude and unhelpful when called about a house alarm on one of their properties that's been going off for 5 days. For the 2nd time. Their number is the only indicator we have to get in touch with someone about coming to turn off the alarm, new owners or old owners or whoever currently has keys. We just want them to get in touch with whoever can turn this off. Instead we were met with rude staff with an unhelpful attitude, backchat and a tone of "not our problem". If your sign is the only advertisement on a vacant house, you're the one getting the calls. Least you could do is not be an arse about it. Disgusting behaviour

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m genuinely sorry for the frustration caused by the ongoing alarm issue.
While our board was still displayed at the property, we no longer had access or management responsibility for it. That said, we understand how disruptive the situation has been and appreciate why you reached out. We made several attempts to contact the new owner and were finally able to speak with them to relay your concerns. Unfortunately, they have since asked us not to contact them further regarding the matter.
We’ve also followed up to ensure our sign is removed, which should be completed shortly. Please know that our intention was never to be rude or unhelpful, we were equally frustrated by the lack of communication and limited ability to assist.
Thank you again for raising this, and we hope the issue is resolved very soon.

I wish we had started with him. We came up with a long rent free period at the start of the lease to attract local SMEs to give them growth opportunity and to help to regenerate Morecambe. Mathew who attended the house maintained covid rules and provided a very professional but relaxed approach to valuing the property. I immediately struck a good working relationship with Mathew, which gave me the reassurance to give the home sale to his company. It was only within the week of giving Mathew the business of selling this property that Lancastrian Estates found me a buyer. I was really impressed with the way the company had marketed and sold the house so quickly. Further down the line I encountered some difficulties with the Land Registry which slowed the sale of the property down for several months. It was a worrying time. However, Kerry one of the sales assistants maintained a constant line of communication with me virtually every week. This support was so appreciated that it kept me positive along this journey which resulted in an eventual completion and sale of the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lancastrian Estates. They are a family company that provides a caring and supportive relationship throughout the whole process which at times can be a little stressful.
