GoogleGabriella Dene emailed me offering 1 bedroom flat in Morden and we scheduled a flat viewing, she didn’t turn up and when i called their office the reception put me on hold and after a couple of minutes said that the flat which was available 2 months later was already taken and said that Gabriella tried to call me on the same day at numerous occasions but I didn’t answer, absolute lie, she forgot about our meeting, I haven’t received any calls nor emails from her at all as she claimed, I do not recommend them at all, unprofessional staff and terrible experience!
I am sorry that you have rated our service with a low score, our Morden team tried to call you to cancel the appointment due to the property being let. Sharmila spoke to you last night and explained this and apologised for any inconvenience caused.

GoogleI recently instructed Goodfellows in Morden to let my property. Sharmila visited the property for a market appraisal and was very enthusiastic about the prospect of finding the right tenant. Goodfellows got the property live on their website and Rightmove very quickly and commenced viewing soon after. Within 10 days they found a delightful couple that wanted to move in within 2 weeks. Kamilla, who was very communicative throughout, managed to arrange a Electrical inspection within a couple of hours for the same day. Joshua visited the property to carry out inspections for fire and window blind cord safety. From start to finish a very professional service so thank you all very much.

GoogleI wanted to say how pleased I am with the efficiency and professional manner of Joshua from Goodfellows,my viewing was quick and easy process especially as I have viewed numerous places with no luck my then subsequent offer on a property was dealt with super quickly and he was on hand to answer any of my queries which helps keep you calm as moving is stressful at times .I can safely say his service was an very high standard and I highly recommend him and now Goodfellows as a company. GoogleTayler at the Morden branch is very helpful, sweet and responsive! We've looked at a lot of properties and had some negative experiences with other agents- they advertise for a good property, only for you to books a showing with them and learn that the one you want is no longer available, and show you a bunch of overpriced, poor condition houses. Tayler and everyone at the Morden branch are, on the other hand, the most professional and helpful. She has smoothly coordinated our viewing, signing and the team continues to support us with the tasks post-move in. They are also great with facilitating our communications with the landlord. The quality of the property is fantastic and we can see ourselves making it our home for the next 3-5 years. We couldn't recommend them more!

GoogleGoodfellows have the right intentions and provide a good service, Jack who I dealt with throughout the whole purchasing process was informative and a big help. The reason for 3 stars and not 5 is the Goodfellows appointed solicitors who the sellers had, were slow, incompetent and I believe the downfall of the sale overall as it had taken 5 months almost before even talks of exchanging. I recommend if you're buying/selling a property, source a well reviewed solicitor and appoint them and not the one the estate agent will try to provide.
