GoogleWe recently sold a property in Morden using Goodfellows and purchased a new one through their sister company Finch & Co. The service was excellent from the beginning when Tony talked us through the process and costs. Jack then looked after us throughout the process and was fab at keeping in touch and advising on the process. We started our sale in January and with Covid/lockdown putting everything on hold, the team continued to work closely with us, even through Furlough challenges and eventually we got everything across the line. GoogleLatest letting 14/11/20 We have just completed another residential letting with Goodfellows, this time through one of their agents Keven. The communication, professionalism and service was once again excellent. Previous letting We have been using Goodfellows for our residential lettings for many years and have always been very happy with the level of service and professionalism they provide. For our latest letting we have been dealing with Barbara who is not only very friendly and courteous but also very professional and efficient in her work.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing experience. The entire team here are true professionals. I managed to get my property rented out in record time (1 week between meeting goodfellows for an initial discussion to my tenant moving in!). Their rates are reasonable and they keep the ball rolling at all times. I couldn't be happier with the service from Sharmila, Rhianna and Kamilla. They were polite, respectful of the property and always on top of things. These guys are a ton better than the other estate agents around so if you're thinking of going with them don't hesitate. GoogleI was lucky to work with person like Barbara- Morden Office. She is amazing. Very responsive, hard working, professional and friendly at the same time. I have called their office to request viewing of property twice but no one came back to me. On 3rd time Barbara picked up the phone and instantly i new that she is my saver as at the time it was really hard to find a property or someone to give you a call back. She kept me informed all the way trough. She answered all my questions in no time and i am sure that if we need further help she is my man :). Lucy and Tony in the sales team really have taken a what feels like a very personal interest in ensuring that the transaction goes as smoothly as possible despite all the uncertainty in the World at the moment. GoogleI’ve never actually used Goodfellows but decided to give them an appropriate review due to the amount of junk advertising flyers the Morden office puts through my letterbox, despite a prominent ‘No Junk Mail’ sign attached to said letterbox. Having spoken to the branch manager about this via email, I was assured it would stop. However, I’ve had at least 3 more flyers since. If this is the care and attention they give to such a simple request, I certainly would never entrust them with any of my future conveyancing matters.
Dear Mr Palmer , we are very sorry to hear about this situation. During the Covid-19 pandemic our canvassing material has been dealt with centrally and has been distributed by the Post Office , so we can only presume that as we have paid for the distribution they are not considering the leaflets to be junk , which we can only apologise for and would perhaps suggest that you could hopefully ask your postman / postwoman to refrain from putting them through your letterbox. GoogleAs with so many letting agents, whilst looking for a property you have to list your preferences and needs. The same occurred with Goodfellows when registering with them after calling about a property they had advertised meeting our specifications. So why is it that we then received calls for properties well outside our desired needs. (Nearly £700 over our budget or completely the wrong areas) We gave clear maximum price, clear min and max rooms and very clear areas and locations. The first call I can somewhat get over, but the second its becoming an headache. This isn't just a Goodfellows issue, they are one of many. When I explained this situation to the lady calling, she became very dismissive and ended up slamming the phone down on me. Not at all what you would expect from a "professional". Given how easy it is to sell property at the moment (demand massively outweighing supply), letting agents really need to stop treating us all like a number. You're supposed to be selling to me. If only landlords knew what they were paying their fees for.
