Charlotte handled my purchase perfectly from the start when I requested the initial viewing and she went above and beyond with everything during the whole process. She was very helpful with every single query I had, explained things when I needed and made me feel like I'm in good hands, she was always up to date with the progress and shared the relevant updates with me, answered all emails quickly and in details, and just made the whole process for me as easy as possible. Although the sale fell through at the end, she still helped me tying up loose ends with the same professionalism. I couldn't be happier with the service. I would not hesitate to recommend her and the Pudsey branch. Great overall experience, thank you.

Catherine from the Moortown branch has been fantastic. Initially things were a little slow due to unforeseen staff circumstances but Catherine took over and within a week or so I was in my new home! Communication with her was great and I’m really thankful to her for helping things go so smoothly.
