We’ve used Manning Staunton many times, tried a couple different agents which was disaster so returned to Manning Staintons again and they didn’t disappoint sold the house quickly and after sales are brilliant, the staff at the Rothwell branch are always friendly and helpful

I can totally understand your frustration but sadly when another party comes forward with an offer we are duty bound (by law) to put that forward even if another offer has just been accepted. It is of course then the sellers decision who they want to proceed with but I am really sorry that it has caused you to lose out this time round.
