My experience was so bitter that I am yet to get out of the situation and im still paying monthly up till now to fix the mess, would have been on the street if not for good will of my current landlord. You can do better on communication and professionalism. Manning still has my deposit for over 4months now without reaching out. Even if the situation is above you, communication is key in business.

Sabrina Aujla handled my purchase and could not fault her she was very quick and replying to any of my queries and chasing up solicitors on both sides of the purchase. Adam Kemp: Not passing messages from tenants to landlord and vice versa. Incorrectly instructing subcontractors causing us unnecessary costs. Not responding to tenants notifying of flood. Sub contractors bodging repairs. Being told that communications weren’t forwarded because they were only overseeing the property. Simply disgraceful.

Having used Manning Stainton in the past and knowing how well they handled previous sales we had no hesitation in using them again . Debbie who was our sales negotiator kept us informed every week as to how many people had viewed our house online she was very professional and patient with us in what became a very tricky process on our side . We wouldn't use any other agents In the area its just a shame all agents aren't as professional as them

I liked that you answered all my questions in a polite manner, even when things were not clear to me and you had to re-explain many times the same thing. I liked that you drove me through the first part of the process in a very helpful and informative mannet. I would have liked you addressed me to as helpful and informative solicitors and conveyancers. Once they stepped in I stopped understanding where we were in the process and what the following steps were.

We had an excellent experience with manning stainton pudsey. They were great throughout the process from the valuation through to the agreed sale being passed on to the solicitors. They gave the highest valuation of all valuers and yet the property still sold very quickly, above asking price with multiple offers. They proactively contacted their mailing list which drove interest before the property was listed on rightmove. Amy, our primary contact, was always avaliable to help and supported with expert advice throughout. Overall we are very happy with the sale process.
