I am helping my 2 grand-daughters buy a house in Pudsey. It is only the beginning of our buying experience, however so far your team members particularly Charlotte (Murrie) have been very helpful. Not only in arranging viewings speedily but by ensuring that additional information / paperwork regarding the house was available & by dealing with the negotiation. The latter was dealt with promptly by Charlotte, with a mutually acceptable price agreed quickly. 2nd viewing & sale agreed all in the same day. Importantly each time I called the office Charlotte has been available with answers to queries & useful advice.

We have been so grateful for the prompt responses and professionalism that we have received from Charlotte Murrie at Manning during our first purchase. From the start she has gone above and beyond in liaising with the associated solicitors, our broker and the seller to ensure that the file kept moving on despite a few obstacles until our desired settlement date, which we definitely wouldn’t have made had it not been for Charlotte’s efforts. Communication is always quick, clear and friendly and we would 100% recommend Manning for anyone looking to purchase a property based on our experience with Charlotte alone, thank you so much!

We have had such a brilliant experience with Manning Stainton Pudsey. We have had Debbie and the team helping us sell our home, and even though we had problems with our purchase and essentially had to start our search again, they have all been so brilliant and supportive! Unlike some agents we have dealt with in the past, Manning have been quick to deal with any questions and we haven't really had to chase them for anything! They've been excellent at keeping us updated. Thank you for all of your help 😊
