Absolutely disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Rang to confirm in the morning that I would definitely be there, as I was 5 mins late to property, they had already left. And when I rang them back they said because I was 5 mins late that they had already gone. They did not text or ring to see if I was on my way, horrible tone and a waste of time. What is the point of confirming a viewing if you are going to just leave? Lady on the phone not worth talking to.

Mannings sold our house very efficiently.

We used Mannings after a friend recommended them.They are a very friendly bunch of people and answered the phone and any queries very promptly.I dealt with Dale at the beginning of the sale process, she is a lovely lady. Then once our house sold I was passed to Joanne. She has been a great help, chasing solicitors for updates, and keeping me informed at least once a week of how the sale was progressing.She is very nice and a pleasure to do business with.I would recommend people to use Mannings in Crossgates.

Chloe led the sale of my house and regularly liaised with me, as did the team, Shaniah, Joanne and Diane. I have lived in the property for 30 years, so this was unknown territory for me, and what really stood out for me with the Morley team, is their patience, understanding, reassurance and professionalism. Not all viewings resulted in a sale, so any feedback was important and Chloe offered advice to successfully move forward and secure a sale. We have just sold our house after 25yrs , found a flat 5 mins walk from our old house , we lost this property twice due to cash buyers coming along as ours wasn’t sold , at the time this all seemed really stressful, Deborah was an absolute star throughout the whole process, I might add even when we were not happy with things she just got on with it and assured us everything would work out in the end and it did , the whole process took 12 weeks from our offer being accepted finally , I would recommend Mannings at pudsey to anyone wanting to sell , and the solicitors they recommend were just as good and definitely on the ball

We asked Manning Stainton to sell my partner’s house, so we could buy another property together jointly. From the start they were efficient and professional and found a buyer from our property really quickly. They were also really helpful in finding us another property nearby which ticked all our boxes. Emma Hart is a Star!

The staff of Manning Stainton's Garforth office have performed over and above what would normally be expected from an Estate Agent. The process of selling my property did not run smoothly with numerous buyers pulling out of the purchase at the last minute. Throughout what was for me a frustrating and trying time Manning Stainton's staff showed a high degree of empathy and displayed a determination to organise as many viewings of the property as possible, which ultimately resulted in a successful purchase. My main contact at the Garforth office was Emma Hart, who performed absolutely brilliantly throughout and showed a high level of resolve to sell my property. I cannot recommend Manning Stainton's Garforth office highly enough, and would highlight Emma Hart in particular for the way in which she managed the sale of my property.

Excellent service from marketing to completion

I was very impressed with Manning Stainton from start to finish. Matthew took great care in assessing the house, valuing it for sale and making sure the photographs and written particulars were accurate and were a positive representation of the house making it appealing to buyers.We had a number of offers on the house and received good advice from Matthew, Abi and Izzy in the Guiseley office who were always prompt, courteous and followed up on any questions promptly. Their communications by telephone and email were excellent.The after sales care from Megan was great, she contacted us every week with an update even if there was very little to tell us. Megan actively progressed enquiries with the buyers and solicitors positively and promptly.The service from start to finish was excellent but what I noticed the most was how engaging, friendly and cheerful they all were - it struck me that it was a happy and cohesive team. I would have no hesitation in recommending Manning Stainton.

Great Agency for Lettings

Having used several sub-standard lettings agencies before it was great to find one who are personable, helpful, efficient and straight talking. We had a bit of work to sort on the property and Joe Thornton, Evie Longley and Julie Ann Stokoe have been amazing in getting it done and finding suitable tenants. They are very good at solving problems, providing regular updates, responding quickly to queries and nothing is too much trouble. A long and protracted sale…….!

We had a long, protracted, difficult sale which recently completed. I can’t express enough how valuable the support Gemma and Rochelle gave to us during this time. If they said they’d call, they always did. If they said they’d ring solicitors, agents, buyer ….. you name it ……they always did. Very professional.They put up with my ranting at times, not at their service, but at the process due to changes to legislation. Both explained what they knew about the ever changing landscape and were as frustrated as we were.
