Great service from Manning Stainton in Horsforth. I had 4 agents round to value the property and almost cancelled this one as it was the last but I’m so glad I didn’t. Sarah, the valuer and branch manager was professional, positive and in a different league to the other agents. Macey McCormack was a breath of fresh air and so enthusiastic about the house and agreed a sale after 6 days and 39 viewings. Lesley Alexander then progressed the sale and kept me informed with regular updates. The whole transaction went smoothly and without a hitch. Thank you to the entire team at Manning Stainton.

Charlotte Poutney at Manning Stainton's head office was my move manager. She was excellent, friendly, calm and helpful to a fault. For various reasons it was not the easiest circumstances with regard to the move but Charlotte was always on top of matters and took much heat out of what was, at times, a difficult situation. I very much appreciated her professional input and would have no hesitation in recommending her to deal with a move.

Great experience with staff at Manning Stainton Garforth Office (In-particularly Emma, thank you!) 🤓Lovely pleasant staff who worked really hard, they also handled most of my viewings, saving me lots of hassle. My property sold pretty quickly courtesy of all their very kind help & input..Well done to all involved! Post sale up to completion, I was passed over to Joanne Willliams (Head Office), Joanne was superb throughout, very pleasant and great at her job 🤩 She frequently kept me up to date on how things were progressing and encouraged me all the way “We will get there” after having a few hiccups with the lower chain. Eventually, less than 16 weeks later “We did get there” sale all done and dusted and now a distant memory hehe 😁Thanks again to all involved, especially Joanne..Manning Stainton would be lost without you!! 🎉🎉🎉

This is the second time we have purchased a house from Manning (as well as selling with them for the first time). Having had a positive experience last time I was once again impressed with the service from start to Finish. Karly - handled our sale and our purchase - everything happened very quickly but throughout we were kept informed with offers/ how our purchase offer was progressing as well as viewing on our property. Blown away from start to finish. Approachable and always on hand to support. Gemma and Rochelle - my move manager superstars - communication is key!! Thank you both for keeping me up to date throughout, answering some of my slighlty stressed calls and emails and putting me at ease throughout the move. They say moving house is stressful (it sure is) but with you two supporting I always felt at ease and that you had our back. If you are looking at selling your house, buying with Manning then you will not regret it. The team are 10 out of 10.

Picked the keys up to my new flat a few days ago. Was a really easy process from start to finish. Found the property on Rightmove and contacted Manning Stainton. Filled out an application form they sent across for the viewing. The person conducting the viewing was on time and gave me information where possible and instructed me who to contact for the info she didn't know. Thomas Clough was great after the viewing and contacted me by phone to complete each of the next stages once I agreed to proceed with the application. Turn around was under a week from the initial viewing. Very happy with the service.
