We sold our property through Manning…

We sold our property through Manning Stainton and we can't fault their service. They have been really great all the way through, good communication and keeping us all updated through the process. Unfortunately our first sale fell through but they were quick to help us get back on the market again and once we had new buyers, Ann, our Move Manager was fantastic and proactive in making sure things moved along and everyone was kept in touch. The sale went through really smoothly.

Kyle has been amazing

Kyle has been amazing. He helped us look around several properties, communicated through emails as we’re deaf it’s a lot of effort he did for us and even when the house we loved was sold, he supported us through the whole process. Tori who stepped in towards the end of our house buying process was also very kind in passing on some messages to the seller. The only thing that would be an improvement is that many times when I called, it went to voicemail and I would need to email or call back which was sometimes difficult as I was working. Becky was an absolute superstar

Becky at Manning Stainton was the estate agent for the property I was buying, but in reality she ended up handling the sales progression on both sides of my move. I used an online estate agent to sell my leasehold apartment, and their sales progression was virtually non-existent. Becky stepped in without hesitation, chased the whole chain, kept everyone updated and dealt with problems quickly whenever they arose. Moving house is stressful enough, but selling a leasehold property made the process even more complicated. Becky was warm, reassuring and completely on top of everything. She regularly did work that should really have been handled by my own estate agent, simply because she wanted to keep the move progressing. I honestly don’t know what would have happened without her. She was a total superstar from start to finish, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she did. My experience has certainly shown me the value of using a good high street estate agent with proper sales progression. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Becky and Manning Stainton.

Brilliant support!

We were placed under the care of Megan Hirst who is a moving manager for Manning Stainton during the purchase of our house and we would happily deal with them again! Megan phoned pretty much weekly which is brilliant when you are purchasing a house, as it's all you can think about. Megan let us know what stage the solicitors were at before we even knew what was going on!
