GoogleExcellent service from time we met Max the Moreton Manager to the marketing and ‘paper chase’ led by Rebecca. Saw Max on a Monday-property on market the Wednesday pm m-offer accepted the Monday! Rachael kept us up-dated weekly through the process which ended in completion this past week. Although I didn’t instruct Manning Stainton to be my estate agent, I couldn’t help but shout from the rooftops how amazing they have been. If one of their employees, Ann Rimmington hadn’t had stepped in to sort the mess of my house selling/buying chain out, I’d still be sat awaiting for incompetent solicitors to pull their finger out. Ann was amazing, she didn’t have to communicate with me at all as I wasn’t her client, however, she kept me up to date via email and telephone on a daily basis, responded to my queries in a very timely manner and was very emotionally available. I did not get this response from my own estate agent. She made a very messy and convoluted process much easier to manage. Thank you so much Ann!!!

GoogleCurrently in the process of selling a property with Karl Tattler in Moreton and we cannot fault the service we have received to date. From the initial contact with Max who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to Natalie who has effortlessly guided us through the sale process and and kept us informed on a regular basis. We would certainly recommend the team.

From start to finish the team were great, kept me informed at all times. Told me who my point of contact would be when my sale went through. Ann Rimmington was my moves manager, who called me weekly with an update. Helped, listened and was truly amazing. Without her knowledge and understanding of the process I don’t know what we would have done. Ann went over and beyond her role and I would just like to say a massive Thankyou, as this would never have happened so quickly if it wasn’t for you.

It was really really great experience with manning stainton. My experience ended up being very positive, thanks entirely to the hard work and dedication of Deborah Cundill‑Houghton (Debbie). We’ve just completed on our sale with Mannings after almost seven months, and it was an extremely stressful process due to one solicitor in the chain who was, quite frankly, a nightmare. If it hadn’t been for Debbie’s honesty, practical approach, and determination, I don’t believe it would have completed at all.
