We decided to go with Manning Stainton Pudsey after getting a few quotes from local estate agents and finding Manning Stainton seemed to understand the local market the best. We were proved right after we quickly got viewings and an offer we accepted. On accepting the offer we were assigned to Gemma and Rochelle, both of whom I cannot speak more highly of. They were always friendly and helpful as well as being realistic. They did not over promise so we always knew what was happening and when it was likely to happen which is exactly what we needed as first time sellers.
