Georgie took the time to understand what me and my partners needs were and found appropriate properties. She had excellent responsiveness and flexibility. Very knowledgeable and always answered any queries I had within such a short time, nothing was ever too much for her. Manning Stainton have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process of selling and buying a house. Every member of staff we have dealt with has been friendly and professional, they really seem to enjoy their job. Other people had recommended we go with much cheaper agents, however in my opinion the support we got from our move manager Sabrina was more than worth the extra money. Buying and selling a house is incredibly stressful, but Sabrina kept us updated, chased solicitors, was always easy to get hold of and generally kept us sane! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mannings - they are worth every penny!

TrustpilotAmazing and efficient service! 🎉
The whole team at Mannings were so incredibly helpful and efficient throughout the process, through both selling my property (in 2 days!) and the purchase of a new property. A particular huge thanks to Megan who helped guide me through every step and answered all of the questions I had and helped me complete in only 12 weeks! Massive thanks again 🌟

TrustpilotA fabulous service all round
We were very pleased with the service we received from Manning stainton pudsey particularly Deborah Cundill-Houghton and Laura Parkinson . It felt very personalised . Deborah was attentive to our needs as I work from home but online a lot so couldn’t always answer calls . She always messaged or emailed me as per my request. Very helpful . House sold quickly and with no fuss . Laura and Deborah were both also very tenacious in securing my completion date . I can’t fault them very professional . Superb colleagues in this branch Thankyou so much 😀
