The guys at Manning Stainton Adel have been so good to us. Our sale and purchase ultimately fell through due to our buyer pulling out, however this is no reflection on the team at all.

TrustpilotVery good Estate Agents
2nd time we have purchased our home through manning Stanton and made the purchase very easy. From Jessica doing the very informative viewing to Charlotte handling all the communication side and dealing with our solicitors made the process much less stressful for ourselves. Also thanks to Debbie aswel for the smooth handover of keys as well. Great Estate agents.

Belle has been very supportive and professional throughout the whole sale of our property. There have been times where I have been disheartened and she has given me the reassurance I needed. We sold our house within 3 months and there were plenty of viewings. Thanks Belle for everything you have done to make this experience as smooth as possible.

GoogleAnother year of excellent service from Manning Stainton Lettings who have dealt with every aspect of finding and dealing with my tenants and looking after my property in Horsforth. The whole team are fantastic but Bobby deserves a special mention as she takes personal responsibility for managing my property. Bobbie is absolutely brilliant, a pleasure to deal with, super efficient, courteous, friendly, organised and very proactive. I don’t live in Leeds and often abroad. Bobbie and the team have managed the property for over a year and the tenants and I are happy with the service. Bobby keeps me informed if there are any issues and always shows initiative. Thank you BobbIe and all at Mannings Stainton Lettings Moortown in Leeds. It gives me peace of mind having you mange my property. I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

TrustpilotPragmatic, professional and friendly
I've just completed on a house with this branch. In the first stages I was supported by Ellie Garside, up to and including the price negotiation. She was very helpful and helped me arrange a large number of viewings in a short time, helping me plan out daily routes and being very efficient and friendly in general in her communications. She also brought us to a fair figure in the negotiations in my eyes.
