GoogleWe cannot rate Samantha highly enough... If we could rate higher than a 5 we would. The service provided was 5* plus!
Our moving process was stressful (like most!) And Samantha supported us more than we imagined possible! She found out information when the solicitors were hard to get hold of. She gave us continuous updates and was ALWAYS at the end of the phone / email.
Right from the beginning, we liked Samantha's warmth and she felt very genuine. We were really pleased with the photos and videos took of our home, they showed the house in the best light without being misleading. The house was online very quickly, and she notified us once it was on Rightmove (etc) so we could see it. Samantha was very clear and gave good updates when we had viewings. Once we received our offer, we felt comfortable to ask and take advice from Samantha but never felt pushed into a decision.
We honestly would recommend Adre to anyone looking to sell in the area. We aren't currently looking at moving again soon, but if / when we do, we will definitely go straight back to Adre!

GoogleAppalling Agents, lied to us before moving in, the property was unclean and in a poor state. Didn't protect the deposit as required. avoid
The only frustration is that the property didn't have a cooker circuit installed despite you claiming it did. The property wasn't cleaned before we moved in despite you saying it was. You then agreed in writing to us being able to provide a month's notice at any time if we were not happy. We did this, and you accepted, only now to try and renege on that, because you ahve been called out on not protecting the deposit within the 30 day legal requirement.
