GoogleI'd like to start by saying it's hard to choose one member of staff at this branch, they are all amazing. Both Abbie and Gemma ( our main contacts) have been outstanding. The whole team are polite, efficient, accommodating, trustworthy and dependable. They communicate really well, were supportive throughout the ups and downs of selling our home. They have worked diligently for us.

The communication and support was good even through one or two rocky moments. Liased with all the other professionals involved effectively and well coordinated. GoogleAbbie sold our house the weekend after valuation without the house even needing to go online/to market. Nothing but friendly and professional from the outset I would highly recommend her as an agent, along with the after sales service provided by the rest of the team at Haarts Monmouth. They come highly recommended and would most definitely use them again!

FacebookI have been unable to contact the Monmouth branch now for over 3 weeks as nobody answers the phone or returns calls when messages are left with the concierge switchboard for the branch? I have also asked others to try and contact your office and they have been unable to do so either. I am trying to contact the branch manager and I consider this to be very poor customer service. How are viewing appointments being made and what is it that I actually have to do to make contact with this branch? Please advise
