GoogleI first contacted Nicola to discuss the viewing of a property that was for sale. I explained I initially had reservations about putting my house on the market without having found a property to purchase. Nicola took the time to clearly explain the process and the current housing market in detail to give me the confidence in arranging a valuation and putting my property up for sale. She informed me that she would manage any potential buyers expectations if I accept an offer without having found a property and assist me in finding one. Within a matter of days of my property going on the market, Nicola arranged an open house where I received 5 offers over the asking price. The whole process was very easy and everything was clearly communicated to me throughout. I was able to accept an offer on my property and have my offer accepted on another all within approximately 2 weeks.

GoogleI have been dealing with Nicola who has been very helpful. She turns up to the house when she says she will, gives us status updates frequently, and if she is not available immediately always answers emails and calls back. We are still going through the process at the moment and are waiting on exchange, so I will come back later and update this with a final review. So far no complaints and she sold our house to the first people she showed it to.

GoogleReviews are something I rarely give as they quite often don't mean much and can be falsified. This is not one of those reviews. I am a genuine customer of Haarts Monmouth and have had my property on sale with them for just about a year. It has taken over two years to sell (including with another agent) and this, with a property that was in prime place close to Monmouth town centre. All the way through the process, Gemma and the excellent Monmouth team have been very determined to support me in this sale. They have taken a lot of potential buyers to the property, and have tried to get the best price in a very difficult and sometimes slow, market. I am not local, so I am not cognisant of the workings of the business, but I have felt positive and reassured by the "can do" attitude of the team. I have particularly appreciated this last part. The positive, friendly, almost jolly tone by which I have been greeted, when I have called to get updates, has been, well, uplifting! I want to say thank you ladies, in a big way. I know you have worked to get me this sale, and I sensed your palpable happiness when exchange took place. It's just a shame I don't have another house I can sell through you ;) Best wishes Highly recommended!

GoogleGemma, Abbie and Sophie are all superstars. They know Monmouth inside out. Attentive, helpful and full of ideas. Unfortunately the property I was looking to buy fell through and the sale didn’t complete however they sold my property within a month before my purchase fell through, totally not there fault and when explaining the situation they totally got it and were super understanding (not all sales professionals are like this when things don’t go to plan!!) If you are selling a house in or around Monmouth - haart are the only choice!

Haart were absoutely on the ball at all times throughout the process, proactively monitoring progress, liaising with our buyer and the solicitors on both sides, resolving queries, and ensuring that everything remained on track. I have moved house on many occasions over the years, and I have never encountered an estate agent more competent and professional than Haart Monmouth. Recommended without reservation.

Abbie and Gemma have been fantastic with helping us to sell our property and have been so lovely after explaining the circumstances under which we were selling. They were quick to get viewings on it and communicating any feedback to us. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house and would definitely use Haart as my choice of estate agent should we ever come to sell up again.
