Nicola was absolutely brilliant! She is calm and efficient and always responds to questions, calls & emails. She gave us excellent advice and was efficient in contacting potential buyers and providing clear feedback and follow-up after viewings - which she did personally. Nicola has a lovely integrity, which is not always evident in other estate agents we have dealt with on the past. Thank you Nicola! We also want to say that Emma was outstanding in following up on all the points required to get to contract exchange and completion- she always kept in touch and has a wonderful warm manner. I would highly recommend Nicola as an estate agent. She worked very hard for us with regard to selling our house. She always kept in touch, providing us with viewing arrangements and feedback from them. As well as her attributes as an estate agent Nicola is also very supportive and helpful. Very disappointing service while trying to sell my property. Over two months, I've had to chase repeatedly for updates, promised callbacks that haven't happen, and no clear ownership of the file. A genuine enquiry about my property also appears to have been sat on, with a viewing request ignored for six days and only then followed up on after I queried and kept chasing. The file was later passed to Conor, but despite several calls I only spoke to him once, a promised update call did not happen. After I complained, I was told a manager would call me, but that did not happen either.

Nicola who has been dealing with the sale of our house on behalf of our landlord has been great. Due to us being tenants she has gone above and beyond to make sure viewings etc can fit in with us and has even managed to find an investor to buy so we don’t have to move. She has been great with her communication and is all round a lovely lady. I bought a house from Haart Estate Agents last year and Abbie and Gemma helped me through the whole process with not only professional advice but with such a friendly manner that I trusted them entirely. I asked them to keep me informed as to anything that would interest me in2018. When I have asked other estate agents to do this they forget and I have to go in and start all over again. However a month ago Abbie rang with two properties that might be of interest to me.With their expert knowledge of Monmouth and the current market I was again asking for their advice. This has resulted in me buying both properties. I have highly recommended Abbie and Gemma to many people already and feel confident in doing so. I rarely do ratings but the service I have and am currently receiving is totally worthwhile making the effort to do so.

We couldn't recommend Haart Monmouth highly enough. We were unsure whether to choose an online agent or a Monmouth agent and we definitely made the right choice. Without the very hard work of Gemma and her team, our house sale and purchase would not have completed. Right from the outset of our sale we couldn't fault the level of service we received. The photos taken were of an excellent standard and Abbie made sure we were happy with all of them. The team at Haart Monmouth were very proactive, and always kept us informed. Even though our sale fell through twice, we had new buyers within the same week thanks to the tireless efforts of the team. I recently sold a One Bedroomed Property through Haarts of Monmouth and cannot recommend them highly enough. The sale was due to a change in personal circumstances which Haart remained sensitive to, whilst still ensuring a sale was achieved. I was kept informed throughout the process by a mixture of emails and calls, supported with all aspects of the administration and where anomalies did occur, say in regards to the lease, their wealth of experience ensured these things were resolved quickly on behalf of both parties.
