GoogleI have never been into this branch so can't comment on customer service. I can comment however on the hours this branch is open, which are so inconvenient for customers. 9.30 until 4.00 Monday to Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday. So most customers would have to take a day off work to open an account that in most other places can be done online.

GoogleCommunication was excellent and staff accommodated our viewing requests promptly. When sale was agreed staff continued to be very helpful and always returned calls. A professional approach to the whole challenging process.

Googlehouse moving and buying is a massive stress to most folks. I have to say that Katie's professionalism was to such a high standard i found her advice and knowledgebase most reassuring and the move was indeed "seamless" ive since heard that she is doing exceptionally well and i must say im not a bit surprised! without any reservations i would give No. 86 Estate Agency a 5 star review.
