James Richards and his team (with particular reference to Becky) were always very professional and efficient and worked closely with us from start to finish. House buying and selling is incredibly hard in this current market, and whilst the majority of house sales start off with incoming calls from prospective buyers from views on the property websites, the mark of a great estate agency comes when the process hits the inevitable bump in the road! Believe me when this happens, you want to be a client of the team at Whites in Horley!

GoogleI used White & Sons during a recent purchase of a property in nearby Bookham. The whole team were extremely professional, approachable and attentive. Helping arrange viewings at unsociable times and in general very knowledgeable and helpful. Having used several estate agents during our property search, the team are definitely the best we came across. Special mention to Grace and Stephanie. We will definitely use them again and recommend the team.

FacebookI would like to thank Tom and his Team, particularly Grace for all their commitment and support in finding our forever home. In such a competitive market, the Surrey Hills, they delivered! They went above and beyond to secure our dream home. The purchase process was smooth, they managed the upward chain, solicitors and seller not missing a beat to meet a tight completion deadline. We are new to the area and the little touches like where to go and contacts for our home were so thoughtful. I work in a service industry and have meticulous standards, White and Son truly are the best of the best. A bit like Top Gun but Tom would not appreciate me calling him Maverick! Honestly the best and most personable Estate Agent in the area!

Five massive sparkly stars to White and Sons, Dorking. They have been a genuine delight from start to finish. They were marketing a property we liked, and from being shown around the property to putting an offer in to exchange and all the fiddly bits in between, they have made it a great experience. A bit like finding a good dentist, these really are people who change your perception of what can often be a stressful experience.A particular thank you to Maddy, who was so efficient whilst being incredibly lovely, but also the whole team at White and Sons in Dorking. Our calls and emails were answered, our questions dealt with promptly and we never felt we were bothering them.We hope to be in this house for a long time, but without a shadow of a doubt we will be using White and Sons when the time comes to sell.

He help answer all my queries and went out of his way to be helpful even though I was not his client. He gave me the metre readings, as I was out of he country on completion, and has been just great, ensuring that the whole stressful experience went smoothly for both seller and purchaser. White & Sons Dorking are the managing agent for the property I rent. I had a boiler problem for which they had some one come round and fix same day. When the problem re-occurred 10 days later (faulty pump), within an hour of opening they had a plumber round to replace the faulty pump having already sought the landlord's approval to replace it. It was fantastic service and meant I was not shivering without heating for long. Nikki is great to deal with, always professional, and very prompt with any query.

Not always had good experiences with Estate Agents, but Horley branch of White and Sons restored our faith somewhat. We had bought a house to break a chain with a plan to sell quickly. White and Sons were flexible to our need and had a much better understanding than other agents we called. House was ready to go on market the day we completed and became the owner, then we accepted an offer facilitated by them within 48 hours, they continued to communicate and guide us up until completion. Made a stressful situation much easier.

After deciding to take advantage of the stamp duty reduction, we contacted four estate agents for valuations. All were very similar in price estimates but we got on well with Whites, who were very confident of selling within the timescale. We started marketing the property in August/September 2019 and we were lucky enough to have Grace Jackson assigned to look after us. We were kept informed at every stage of the process and were soon inundated with viewings. These were all handled by Grace and the team (Maddie and Bailey) and every time they turned up they were friendly, responsive and followed the Covid guidelines. It was not long before we got an offer on the property ( first week of October).As we were moving out of the area, we spent the next three weeks searching for a property to move into. This was found by the end of October. We got a solicitor (recommended by Grace) and we moved forward. This is where Grace and the team really came into their own, they were brilliant chasing all parties involved to make sure we hit our deadline of moving before Christmas. Grace worked all hours to ensure that everything worked. I am pleased to say that we achieved our goal of being in by Christmas and this was mainly down to Grace, with fantastic support from Maddie, Bailey and the rest of the team at White's.Thank you so much!! I would recommend White's to everyone

I have been dealing with Whites & sons block managment now for a few years as a concractor and find there staff to be very professional and helpful at all times, as a small business the prompt payments of my invoices is very helpful,Deborah Webber is the lady that i deal with most of all and she is very friendly and helpful,very efficient, Deborah knows all of her properties very well and deals with any maintenance problems stright away,I would have no problem recomending White & sons,Neil O'Reilly

Debbie Webber is responsible for running our site at Aurum Close, Horley. It is so well run that we hardly ever have to contact her but when we do she deals with the situation quickly, with no fuss. She is always very easy to talk to and friendly and keeps us up to date with what is happening where necessary. Most of the site problems are round people dumping large items of rubbish where they shouldn't. When we tell Debbie they are removed immediately.

Absolutely shocking with their communication to shareholders. One of the Directors, Debbie W, outright lied and when I called he out and asked for honest and transparent comms, she ignored me. Laughable, if I wasn't contributing to the 'service' costs...
Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to resolve the rather complex legal situation at your development. We have, and will continue to, update all residents as and when we are able.
