I have just exchanged contracts on the sale of my house thanks to James and his team at White & Sons. The initial process to get my house listed took a couple of weeks with getting the EPC certification and professional photographs prior to producing the house brochure. However, it was all worth it as James and his team managed to obtain an acceptable offer just four days after the listing went live.Throughout the process, leading to contracts, James and his team have been thoroughly professional. They handled the viewings, made themselves available to helpfully answer the questions I have had and kept me informed of progress.I would recommend this estate agency. Thank you James and team.

They were courteous and sympathetic throughout. A buyer was found within the first few applicants and they have kept me well informed throughout a rather long process. My family recently purchased a retirement property for my 87yr old father though White & Sons, Reigate. The agent who looked after us throughout was Kieran Taylor & he was brilliant. Altogether we needed c. 4-5 viewings to check details & measurements etc & Kieran was a great help & good-natured during every viewing - even being extra-helpful & holding the end of the measuring tape when necessary. (From March 2022) Philip and the team in Dorking gave excellent advice and were very respectful and considerate in selling the house in Dorking during the pandemic.
