My partner and I have just exchanged on our first house. Whilst the process can feel frustrating and long at times, I cannot thank and recommend Julie enough for always being so attentive and quick to respond and chase for any questions or queries we had. I recently split with my partner and was in dire need of finding a place to rent. I enquired through Cubitt & West to view a property.Dan met me at the property and showed me around in a very calm and professional manner. He could sense the property wasn’t quite right for me so went about asking what I was looking for.Dan was not pushy like most agents and true to his word, he sent me over a few more properties to consider.Sadly, I found a property elsewhere that was better suited. That said, I would not hesitate for a second contacting Dan in the future if my circumstance changes.In a world whereby everyone is treated like a pound sign, Dan has an old school appreciation whereby the clients needs are priority.Thank you Dan

Great job guys

we are so pleased we choose cubitt and west to sell our house and purchased our new property,Richard and his team were so helpful all the way through, they returned our calls promptly and were always on hand if we had a problem. Richard went the extra mile for us both with our sale and purchase it wasn’t unusual for him to ring late in evening and also at weekends, Jordan was very friendly and polite showing us round our new home,As for Lisa poor girl I gave her some grief on the phone as ours wasn’t an easy sale and she always returned my calls and was so helpful.I will miss ringing them in the future as I hope this is my last move, if I do move I will certainly be calling them again.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Cailean and Brendan. From the initial visit they were so friendly and polite, always professional and full of advice and support. I really enjoyed working with them. When they found a buyer for my property they were always on hand for the buyer and myself to answer any queries. All the way through the sale, along with Claire and Tamsin they made the sale progress as smoothly as possible. I just bought my first house! and how fortunate I was to have had such an amazing experience. The stories I have heard from first time buyers left me apprehensive to enter an estate agency. But, after walking through Leatherhead high street and passing multiple agency I peered into the window of Cubitt & West. I was delighted to see how friendly the staff appeared. Immediately upon entering I was greeted with warm smiles and a good afternoon. A lady, very well dressed and professional introduced herself. What can I say the rest is history. We went through all my preferences, likes, dislikes and things I hadn't even considered. My details were collected, and I was added to their data base. A few days later I received a call from the same lady and was informed of a new build meeting my criteria. I had spent the entire previous week looking, and I was so exhausted. I was quite appreciative of both the call and how promptly it occurred. I scheduled a showing and fell in love with the home right away. Jayde was informative and knowledgeable. A nerve-racking offer was submitted and few days later accepted! The ball was rolling and Jayde from her first hello to her congratulation’s kept me update-to-date throughout the whole journey to purchasing my first home. Can't thank John Charlotte and Emma enough for their help during my buying process. Although they wasn't my estate agent they was my sellers they treated me with so much kindness and patience. Great experience from start to finish ! From valuation ,photos ,open day and handling offers we found the team ,Zoey ,Michael ,Julie and all others involved really professional. We had never sold a property before and after being in the same house for 34 years it was a daunting prospect. Very impressed with the service from the Cubitt & West Southsea office and a big thank you for all your efforts in achieving a successful sale. Over the years we had put a lot of effort into lovingly restoring our period apartment and from the start this was understood by Samara and the team. We were impressed by the marketing of our property and the package provided (including 3D tour) did justice to the internal spaces. The level of communication both before and after viewings was excellent. The sale our property was complicated by The Building Safety Act, however, Julie went above and beyond to ensure this was as smooth as possible.
