First house purchase

My partner and I have just exchanged on our first house. Whilst the process can feel frustrating and long at times, I cannot thank and recommend Julie enough for always being so attentive and quick to respond and chase for any questions or queries we had. If it wasn't for her, I don't believe we would have been able to exchange within 12 weeks of the offer being made. Huge thank you for being so helpful, it definitely made a difference.

I recently split with my partner and was in dire need of finding a place to rent. I enquired through Cubitt & West to view a property.Dan met me at the property and showed me around in a very calm and professional manner. He could sense the property wasn’t quite right for me so went about asking what I was looking for.Dan was not pushy like most agents and true to his word, he sent me over a few more properties to consider.Sadly, I found a property elsewhere that was better suited. That said, I would not hesitate for a second contacting Dan in the future if my circumstance changes.In a world whereby everyone is treated like a pound sign, Dan has an old school appreciation whereby the clients needs are priority.Thank you Dan

She has been extremely professional, responsive to calls and emails, and patient with my many questions along the way. we are so pleased we choose cubitt and west to sell our house and purchased our new property,Richard and his team were so helpful all the way through, they returned our calls promptly and were always on hand if we had a problem. Richard went the extra mile for us both with our sale and purchase it wasn’t unusual for him to ring late in evening and also at weekends, Jordan was very friendly and polite showing us round our new home,As for Lisa poor girl I gave her some grief on the phone as ours wasn’t an easy sale and she always returned my calls and was so helpful.I will miss ringing them in the future as I hope this is my last move, if I do move I will certainly be calling them again.

Jo, Grace and the team have kept me informed at every step of the way; offered advice on how best to configure the house to appeal to buyers; managed the offer and BAFO process to a successful conclusion and followed through with a very competent sales progression process (many thanks Juliana). In a world where many organisatioinal pay lip service to communicating with clients, Jo and the Dorking C&W team actually walk the walk, providing pro-active communications at every step of the sales journey. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Cailean and Brendan. From the initial visit they were so friendly and polite, always professional and full of advice and support. I really enjoyed working with them. When they found a buyer for my property they were always on hand for the buyer and myself to answer any queries. Great experience from start to finish ! From valuation ,photos ,open day and handling offers we found the team ,Zoey ,Michael ,Julie and all others involved really professional. We had never sold a property before and after being in the same house for 34 years it was a daunting prospect. The team made all steps as easy as possible and kept us informed very regularly at every stage. We ended up getting numerous offers in excess of the asking price and would definitely recommend Cubitts for any property moves to family and friends.
