Amazing service from Dan in the lettings team… Dan went above and beyond to ensure I was able to view a house ( working outside his work hours, as I was unable to view the house until the evening due to my own commitments).All phone calls and correspondence were prompt and Dan gave me all the answers I needed to my questions ( I had many 😁).Dan has been professional but also friendly making me feel at ease through a stressful time ( looking for a home and moving is pretty stressful 😳).Thankyou Cubitt and West … 5 stars from me!

Our house sale was always going to be problematic; elderly father moving in with his daughter and son in law over 150 miles away and us needing to sell his old home. Trying to facilitate all this from a long distance was stressful and challenging. However Cubitt and West supported us so well throughout the process and Julie Bramble went above and beyond in order to support us, chase solicitors and paperwork, while constantly updating us due to the sale being 'long distance'. We couldn't have done it without her, thank you.

Excellent service from the Cranleigh branch

We were highly impressed with the service provided by Jo Green and her team in the Dorking Office, firstly acting for the vendor of the property that we wished to purchase. The 'Matterport' video tour of the property enabled us to have already visited the property virtually , before we viewed in person and also to continue to review and evaluate how we would live there in the future. Jo secured an offer greater than the asking price and we were sufficiently impressed to engage them for the sale of our own property. We were delighted with the speed, efficiency and professionalism with which Jo and her team , (including the indefatigable Pascal), set about preparing our property for sale and organising the initial 'Open House' viewing. Within six weeks we went from not having thought about moving to both securing a property that we wanted and having a firm offer on our own property. Unfortunately both transactions did not complete because the person that we were buying from decided not to move as a result of changed personal circumstances. The team at Cubitt and West , Dorking can most definitely sell houses and we would definitely use them again should we decide to sell in the future .
