I have delighted with the excellent service I have received from Millie Hitchcock at Cubitt & West, Dorking. She has been extremely professional, responsive to calls and emails, and patient with my many questions along the way. And once the offer was accepted, Millie regularly contacted me to keep me informed of progress. She also liaised with the conveyancer to help move things along. Thank you very much for all your help and support Millie. It has been much appreciated and has made this property purchase really smooth from start to finish.

Kirsty Hunt is a credit to the company

Having been a Tennant of a Cubitt & West property for many years I can say with confidence that they are a great letting agent but this has never been more apparent then today with the very lovely Kirsty Hunt. Great service from the Dorking team. Joanna was fantastic and offered a great deal of highly valuable support and advice. The other staff in the office (Milly etc) were also fantastic. we are so pleased we choose cubitt and west to sell our house and purchased our new property,Richard and his team were so helpful all the way through, they returned our calls promptly and were always on hand if we had a problem. Richard went the extra mile for us both with our sale and purchase it wasn’t unusual for him to ring late in evening and also at weekends, Jordan was very friendly and polite showing us round our new home,As for Lisa poor girl I gave her some grief on the phone as ours wasn’t an easy sale and she always returned my calls and was so helpful.I will miss ringing them in the future as I hope this is my last move, if I do move I will certainly be calling them again.

Quick and stress free sale

I have recently sold my home through Cubitt and West's Dorking office. Throughout the transactioin, from initial visit to offer, the team have been nothing but professional. Jo, Grace and the team have kept me informed at every step of the way; offered advice on how best to configure the house to appeal to buyers; managed the offer and BAFO process to a successful conclusion and followed through with a very competent sales progression process (many thanks Juliana). In a world where many organisatioinal pay lip service to communicating with clients, Jo and the Dorking C&W team actually walk the walk, providing pro-active communications at every step of the sales journey. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Cailean and Brendan. From the initial visit they were so friendly and polite, always professional and full of advice and support. I really enjoyed working with them. When they found a buyer for my property they were always on hand for the buyer and myself to answer any queries. Can't thank John Charlotte and Emma enough for their help during my buying process. Although they wasn't my estate agent they was my sellers they treated me with so much kindness and patience. Great experience from start to finish ! From valuation ,photos ,open day and handling offers we found the team ,Zoey ,Michael ,Julie and all others involved really professional. We had never sold a property before and after being in the same house for 34 years it was a daunting prospect. The team made all steps as easy as possible and kept us informed very regularly at every stage. Very impressed with the service from the Cubitt & West Southsea office and a big thank you for all your efforts in achieving a successful sale. Over the years we had put a lot of effort into lovingly restoring our period apartment and from the start this was understood by Samara and the team. We were impressed by the marketing of our property and the package provided (including 3D tour) did justice to the internal spaces. The level of communication both before and after viewings was excellent. The sale our property was complicated by The Building Safety Act, however, Julie went above and beyond to ensure this was as smooth as possible.
