GoogleArranged a house viewing and the estate agent didn't turn up. Complete waste of time and didn't even have the courtesy to let me know.
There must be a misunderstanding Gareth, Phil was waiting outside the property at 5.30 for you, he only gets paid on viewings and so its in his interest to be there - he wrote on the notes that you didn't turn up and if you check you phone he tried calling to see where you were. I have tried calling you but to no avail - obviously we are in the business of selling houses, we don't make money if we don't show up to appointments - so I know there is a miscommunication somewhere Gareth.

Thanks for your review William - you're not registered on our system and so we would love to know why we are the most useless estate agent in North Wales (you obviously haven't dealt with many of them then)......there are 190+ other reviews who highly disagree with you however, we try to please everyone......which as I'm sure you know, can't always be done - so we'd love to know why at midnight, you felt so strongly to leave such a negative review..... ** I rest my case - another jealous agent leaving a bogus review **
