False advertising and bad language

(Sadly had rate 1 star before I could leave a review!!)Tried to pressure me and my partner into using ‘love mortgages’ even though we said numerous times we have our mortgage in principal and that we are happy with it. They even offered to pay us £100 if we used them. Received phone calls after phone calls telling us our mortgage in principal was wrong - received a phone call shortly after saying everything was ‘fine’ (our mortgage advisor had to call them and basically explain a mortgage in principal) and still continued to pressure us into using themselves and questioned why we wanted to use Help to buy... not to mention they have used photos taken of inside our home to try and sell next door. It has taken me and my partner 4 days to have the photos removed from the internet after being told twice that the photos have been removed we popped into the estate agents and finally had them removed.

Really 100% recommend, really down to earth company so different to anyone I've dealt with! Couldn't do enough for us! I literally have rang Maggie everyday for months and now I'm days away from the keys to my new home I'm so excited and I really appreciate everything rich and the team have done for me! Popped in without notice for a few brews and a chat and nothing was a problem. Go to this company they are amazing! as soon as I walked into the estate agents with that same glum feeling of slow paced service and feeling of anxiety I get normally, up appears rich who soon quashed all of my pre judgements of what I expected from another estate agent, in fact he has exceeded all mine and my partners expectations! He is fast paced, endless amounts of enthusiasm and optimism I would go as far as to say he is a breath of fresh air which has cleared all the dullness descended on us by other estate agents, amazing service and very professional what more can I say? You would be mad not to use him.

Rich and Beth have got to be the most friendly, caring and honest Estate Agents and Mortgage advisors, I have ever met. They welcome you with open arms, always offer you a tea or coffee. Always have time for a chat, anytime, for anything (believe me, I've been there). They will go out of their way to get you what you want, to suit you. This is a totally amazing estate agent! From start to finish they did exactly what they said they would do! I have sold several houses in my life but I can honestly say I have never come across an estate agent like them... from accompanied viewings, arranging access to the surveyor, suggesting a plumber, solicitor and so much more. Friendly approachable staff, always at hand to answer any questions or if you need to discuss things, unlike most estate agents that close at 5pm. Fantastic photographs that show off your property at its best and get people through the door. I wasn’t expecting my house to sell in two days! Best estate agents in the area by far. Also they have an in house mortgage advisor which is absolutely brilliant.

A no nonse service. photography quality of the house was exceptional. Newhomes4U provide a high level of customer service and access to help and support. I dont know any other agents who you can get hold of seven days a week and after 5pm they are a exception to the rule. This means you get more viewings and quicker sales due to the flexibility of the response they provide. highly recommend.

If only I could rate this more than 5 stars! Dealing with rich at new home 4 u is like a breathe of fresh air so down to earth, genuine unpressurised process. New homes 4 u are different to your other agents. Open 7 days a week and late evenings which made it so much easier to view around work commitments.
