Cinch have been amazing to deal with, very polite, professional and extremely helpful. Aaron in particular has been a star! A total credit to the team! He has been very welcoming and supportive in setting up our new storage unit at Cinch. From advising us clearly on the unit sizes to assisting with the delivery of our goods, we cannot thank him enough.

TrustpilotNewbury Cinch 100 %
When we went to enquire about a storage unit in Newbury the staff we very helpful. They had only just opened and were very busy with sorting things out. This did not affect their effort to advise us on our questions. Every time we have been there nothing is too much trouble.Highly recommend them.Staff friendly and very helpful.

TrustpilotCinch Houghton Regis - Perfect experience
Its a new store so everything is clean and tidy, they pride themselves on being competitive on price so don't just buy on-line. I was invited in to come and see the differing sizes of units before making any commitments which was really helpful. Aaron and Hafi couldn't have been more accommodating and professional. Oh and lovely coffee's :-).Service = Over and above, I certainly recommend.
