TrustpilotSold the house really quickly
The sale went smoothly and communication was great. Steve in after sales worked really hard to keep all parties informed on the progress. Now happily living in our new house, with the dreaded moving day a distant memory.

TrustpilotQuick Wellington Sale
Recently used WM&T for my house sale. With a decent valuation my property was sold within 7 days. Living in Bedford I relied on WM&T to access the property and conduct viewings, giving me feedback from each potential purchaser. I would certain recommend this company and given the opportunity, woukd use them again.

GoogleRight sort! Great bunch of guys and girls, really helpful and quick to deal with issues... often buying homes you deal with potatoes and difficult people and these guys can wrangle potatoes like absolute champions... If potato wrangling had a championship this wonderful lot would 100% take the top step. Il always look at Rich Parsons with a twinkle in my eye. #mancrush

Having recently sold my property through the Wellington branch, I can only say that they are a truly outstanding agency. My property was marketed and sold with incredible speed, and the transaction monitored diligently by an incredibly professional, efficient and friendly team. I honestly can't fault the way they handled an often difficult sale and brought it to a happy conclusion.
