Exceptional Service from Richard and his team of experienced property professionals, my sale was very tricky due to incompetent non-responsive conveyancing solicitors at the bottom of the chain. The team followed and chased daily and kept me upto date all the way, one of the benefits was having Vicky in the office who is a dedicated property sales progressor backed up with Faye and Abigail who offered a wealth of experience and advice. If you want a genuine estate agent who knows the local market and is staffed with local people then look no further, you wont find any overzealous jumped up teenagers who have no real estate agency or life experince but think they are estate agents just because they are employed by a big coporate chain., remember you are entrusting someone to sell your biggest asset, so get it right first time and choose Wilkie May Tuckwood.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I first had a pleasant experience with Wilkie May & Tuckwood (Minehead) when I bought a cottage through them in 2018. Come 2021 and I decided to sell through them. IMO most agent have the same fee % and, with the www, get the same exposure these days so you really must judge which agent goes above and beyond on the customer service. Richard and his team at the Minehead Office really do this. The communication was great and the whole process managed professionally and smoothly. I found their advice and network connections extremely helpful and highly recommend them.

Don't even think about using these to sell your house as they appear to be working for the buyers, not you, who are actually paying their fees. Lastly, if you are using John Wrelton, the Chairman, be aware as he doesn't answer emails, doesn't call you back and it could be due to a potential conflict of interest, which you haven't been advised of. Be Warned.

We have been exceptionally fortunate to appoint WMT as estate agents to sell our house. All of the team provided a really positive experience during what was a long and stressful process due to issues further down the chain. From the beginning David McCaffrey shone in comparison to other estate agents who came to value the house. It is very clear that he has an immense depth of knowledge about the local area having worked in the business and in Taunton since he was very young. Subsequently he helped us to value the house realistically as opposed to getting a quick sale by valuing it too low. He was exceptionally professional, very proactive in marketing our house and compassionate. Rebecca and Emmajayne who conducted the viewings and hold the front desk position were always friendly and communicative. Once we had accepted an offer on the house we were passed on to Steve Loveday who helped us through the following 5 months. He helped manage our expectations and always spared the time to answer any of our questions with his expertise in a warm and friendly way. Bad experience with the real estate.After having spent so much time and energy for a particular house to buy, they backed out in the last moment. Again the same property back in the market at higher price and none to buy. In the end the as none to buy, they had to fix it to the original price for which we had confirmed earlier.
