I'm very late writing this but me and my partner bought our first house with Wilkie May in December last year. We were so impressed with how much care and effort was put into helping us find and purchase our first home, even with such a small budget. We felt like the whole team were really rooting for us and Sharon supported us through the whole process- we even had a little cry together on the phone when it finally happened and we got the house! Thank you all so much, you made a stressful time much easier <3

GoogleI highly recommend Wilkie May Tuckwood in Minehead. From start to finish the service I received was brilliant. I was unfamiliar with the area as I was selling the property as an executor of an estate. Richard spent a lot of time with my family explaining the options. I thought selling a property whilst living far away would be challenging, but the team at Wilkie made it feel like an extremely smooth process. I found Richard and Kayleigh to be personable, professional and very hard working.

GoogleMy sister employed this company to arrange an energy performance certificate whilst undertaking the sale of her property. The EPC surveyor made no effort to check that the cavity was insulated, although any experienced operator would know by the drill pattern (he was also told by the householder that it was insulated). I informed these agents of this and am yet hear from them.

My dad recently used wilky may to sell his house and find a new place to purchase in Minehead, all I can say is that the team went above and beyond to help him. Bearing in mind that my dad had lived in his current home for around 30-40 years and was panicking about everything little thing! The team at Wilky May made the whole selling, purchasing and even the actual move in day so easy. Not to mention they all had utmost of patience when my dad rang them every 5 minutes! We recently purchased a flat through WM+T in Wellington. Delays between the Solicitors and Landlords etc meant it was a very lengthy and stressful process, but the staff at Wilkie May were excellent, especially the Sales Progression Team. We always felt supported, and they were tenacious in getting the purchase through. Communication was excellent from this very friendly and professional team, and I'd happily use them again.
