GoogleFirst impressions was good until I was outside a property for an arranged viewing for 2pm. I ended up speaking with the property owner who said there wasn’t anymore viewings, I then called the agents and they said the property is no longer on the market and did try and call/leave a voicemail at 11am which i did not receive!
After that call I then got a text and email saying the viewing had been cancelled! Bit late considering I had traveled and had to rearrange plans for that viewing!
I understand property’s can get snapped up quick but at least have better communication!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

We dropped the ball Harry, sorry. The CRM system we use sends the text and email notifications out and we have since had an apology from our supplier as you should have received the notifications way before the viewing time. They had an issue their end which did cause a delay, however we understand that it didn't help you on the day, so again we send apologies for a wasted trip.
Technology is amazing when its working as it should, unfortunately on this occasion its let us all down.
Hopefully we can help you in the future Harry and turn this 1* review into a 5* review.

At every step throughout the process we were kept informed of what was happening. Adam in particular spent a lot of time chasing solicitors and other estate agents in the chain for us to ensure everything went to plan.
