GoogleI’ve dealt with Taylor Walsh now for a number of years for sales and lettings and the whole team is always amazing to deal with. Jamie and Barry on the sales side have been invaluable for their extensive knowledge of the market and the lettings team have been brilliant at managing our rentals. GoogleWe found Taylor Walsh last Wednesday while looking for our perfect home and I'm so glad we did. Charley called me soon after I requested to view a property and after a brief phone call I knew we were going to have a positive experience. Charley met us later that day and instantly made us feel relaxed. She was bubbly, positive, professional and most importantly, honest. Even my children took a shine to her. We decided to put our house on the market and made an offer. The following day Charley had already organised 2 families to look around our home and Barry took photos. He was also friendly and put us at ease. We had an offer the same day which means we can buy our dream home. Such a whirlwind in 48hours made possible and stress free by the wonderful Charley. We even arranged another viewing of our new house to show my mother in law and Charley was very accommodating. Both Charley and Barry are a credit to Taylor Walsh and we wouldn't go anywhere else from now on 🥰🥰

GoogleHaving managed my own property for 2 years, I know how much work is involved! Circumstances with older family members plus work commitments left me with less time. Having researched the market thoroughly and taken into account reliable advice, I approached Taylor Walsh. I was amazed at the good for value prices, the amazing level of service, a rare thing these days, and the efficiency of the staff. Every member of staff knows your property and what is going on. Superb service at an agreeable price. Family run, local buisness speaks for itself. You get a better service! Wots not to like?

GoogleHave been a tenant with Taylor Walsh for nearly 4 years now and the whole thing has been a pleasure. From the set up to moving in and to the very swift way that they have fixed any of my problems as they have come up (including replacing the boiler, the bathroom and a lean to roof!), they have been brilliant. The whole team are polite and friendly and always give me plenty of notice before any inspections. If I ever needed to rent again or even look to buy a property I would definitely use these guys first!

GoogleI recently purchased a property through Taylor Walsh and dealt directly with the team members Barry Sharpe, Steven Flowers and Felicity Foster. All three delivered a positive client experience and represented their firm well with a non aggressive sales approach. They were extremely knowledgable on the area of interest and the property, they were ever so patient with me and all my questions, but more importantly I felt they were genuine and honest in their feedback. A combination of all this presented a positive bond in the business relationship and ultimately giving me the confidence to purchase the property through Taylor Walsh. GoogleThe best estate agents in the country who are honest, genuine and empathetic. Let me elaborate: We purchased our 'last home' and land in the highest demand area in the city. MOST agents are arrogant, think they sell used cars or put you under bidding wars to increase their commission... This team does not behave this way and act with integrity. Jamie has an amazing ethos. Dare I say, after years of being let down by agents - I bought the house partly because of this team.

GoogleTaylor Walsh recently sold my flat for me. All I can say is that they were superb. At a time when the market is very stagnant, Taylor Walsh were able to sell my flat for me within 10 days. Other properties on my estate had been up for sale for 9-12 months. I had 8 viewings within 8 days! I put this down to a combination of pricing my property accurately and doing an amazing job at marketing it. Special praise should go to Stefan Tainio who really managed my sale for me. He showed incredible patience as I asked an abundance of questions and he and his team kept me informed regularly throughout the conveyancing process. Thank you to all the team, (Stefan, Felicity, David, Adam and Steve) for a really excellent service.

The whole team are fantastic and if you are looking for an estate agent please do give them a try. I have to say a particular mention to Danniella however. She is extremely astute when it comes to details and really strives for perfection in everything she does. On a number of occasions she has also gone above and beyond the call of duty when I've had issues arise with tenants, all of which has saved me time and frustration. Thanks Danniella! Dave

Always available on the phone when we need him and has understood our needs and what we are looking for with our home.
