On the lettings side, Danniella, Abbie, Katie and Amelia have always been extremely attentive and helpful in resolving any issues I had during my tenancy. GoogleI just want to say a huge thank you to Danniella and to my landlord. Over Christmas our boiler broke and the team were about to go on holiday and where having the office christmas party. However my emails about it had been answered practically instantly and the landlord had been contact. With a day it had all been sorted out and we had hot water and heating again. I am so thankful for how hard the team work and in this instance especially Danniella and my landlord around Christmas time being so prompt with sorting it all out. My landlord quickly found someone to sort it out even faster than was said, I was honestly shocked. Thank you so much for being an amazing group of people. We feel so lucky as some people it takes days and it was so cold at the time with the snow so honestly you have no idea how great of an experience it was for us.

GoogleI feel utterly blessed meeting Jamie, when we were interested in renting our house. Little did I know back then , that he would be the one finding us our dream home after our purchase fell through. Jamie behaved more like a friend to us rather than an agent. He was ALWAYS there, whenever we needed some advice , took the best pictures of our rental property and guided us fully through the whole process of both buying a new house, as well as renting our old house. Jamie and his team at Taylor Walsh ( Steve, Daniela, Amelia, Abbie and Finley) are the best out there!! Thank you guys so much :)

GoogleUPDATE:: Finger pointing about solicitors aside, Taylor Walsh don't seem to understand that the sellers keeping a house key and using it after key exchange to access the garden/garage/house means that the property has not been secured by Taylor Walsh. Which is a LEGAL requirement. The post offer process was inefficient and stressful. It seemed that the post sales Taylor Walsh representative was very impolite to our solicitors as well. Once we received keys we found that Taylor Walsh had not actually secured the property as the sellers came back later in the day and accessed the property. Taylor Walsh took no responsibility for this, which made our moving in a really bad experience.
Hi Miss Patel, In response to your review, our post offer process is very simple when we have multiple offers on a property, and our job is to secure the seller the best buyer and offer, hence we go through the procedure we do.. We advised the vendor to choose yourselves to secure you the property and them a great buyer, and our instincts and checks worked out for you both. Our post sales team are there to ensure the smoothest process possible for our sellers and buyers, hence they liaise with both solicitors daily to keep the sale on track and moving at a pace that everyone wants. I can assure you our progressor wasn't rude to your solicitor, however your solicitor may consider being chased as rude because we needed them to respond to the other side to get you all moved. And with regards to us not securing the home? We receive keys from the sellers in order for you to collect the keys from our office, we don't visit on moving day as the buyer collects the keys almost instantly when the keys are dropped to us. If a seller decides to keep a spare key we have zero control over that as we don't change the locks on a property! The sellers had locked the home securely for you before dropping the keys to our office, they never re-entered the home, however they did leave some items at the side of the property and valuable items in the garage as you know, which they had to return and collect as your solicitor didn't send the funds until last minute on the day, so the completion that should have taken place around midday, didn't happen for them until 5pm (because of your solicitor that our post sales team had to chase multiple times again, and if she hadn't the sale wouldn't have completed that day at all). Then to save you time we actually met you at the property with the keys, again to save you time due to your solicitor holding up the completion, we then spoke to the previous owners at the property with you to highlight they needed to collect their final items their removal company had left, to which they informed us both their removal van was on its way back for the final pieces. We have tried calling you a few times since you left a review, however not had a response, if you would like a conversation please don't hesitate to contact us on 01908 571555. We wish you well in your new home, and glad we where able to get you moved in a timely manner.

GoogleExcellent service when buying a property being marketed by Taylor Walsh. Steve Flowers was my main contact and was quick to get back to me and incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout. When calling the office staff were always quick to pick up and keen to help. Felicity Foster also provided a good service with keeping legal matters moving along. Would highly recommend and will use if I decide to sell in the future.

GoogleThese guys absolutely owned the sale of our house. Sold 24 hours after going live on Rightmove and for over asking price. George the agent doing the viewing was fantastic. Their sales progressor felicity made sure the sale went smooth all the way through to completion. And when I had many questions Jamie was always on hand and very patiently too. I recommend these all day every day. Nice to find an agent that doesn’t just pretend to sell you the earth for an instruction

A huge thank you to Charlotte who showed us the property and supported us through the process with dynamism and professionalism. It was quite a rollercoaster ride through with the market conditions at the time, but we always felt assured in Charlotte’s safe hands. Also thanks to Felicity in the progressions team for helping us to get to exchange and completion quickly! Taylor Walsh represented the sellers well so I’d be very happy to use their services as a seller myself at some point in the future.

GoogleTaylor Walsh have handled my house sale brilliantly. Firstly Barry was really good on advising on the marketing approach and preparing and presenting the video and photos. Then Charley was amazing at selling the house so quickly and getting a very good price. She then went the extra mile and helped me secure the house I wanted to buy - nothing was too much trouble for her, she gave me loads of advice and even made calls to the agents for me on her day off. Felicity is now being so helpful with all the work required to get the move sorted, chasing all the solicitors etc. So overall, I have felt looked after the whole way through!

GoogleA brilliant experience using Taylor Walsh for letting my property and managing it. From start to finish everyone was friendly, kind and helped guide me through the process. I was given lots of information and kept up to date throughout the relatively short process and my house had a let agreed in less than a week of it going to the market. Danniella took down all my initial details and sent out all the information I required which was all very clear. Abbie gave me lots of useful tips to get the house ready for photos as well as answer many questions I had on the process. Sophie was brilliant doing all the viewings with great attention to detail and going through the different offers I received too. She must have the patience of a saint with all the questions I had for her!! Thanks again, I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

GoogleUnfortunately, very poor service. We wished to viewed the most expensive house they had on the website. My partner phoned and requested an appt and initially Steven was very responsive sending us another property, then did not respond for days. My partner phoned, left messages, spoke to the receptionist who emailed the team - no response. Friday another team member then called confirmed 2pm for Sat. Then Steven called said it was 3pm later on the same day, he had appts and then left a speechless gap, unable to confirm the appt at his convenience he then promised to call - and did not. Sat someone else called confirmed 2pm but less than an hour before the viewing - with another story of reason the time change I called Monday the following week, spoke to Christian agreed Fri/Sat, by Thursday eve - no response. Do not place your most precious and expensive asset with this company. There's a lot of enthusiasm, great web site but no business acumen.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
Hi Sophie, apologies for the long wait in replying, however we do not have your details on any of our systems? We have also checked every booking on our top 5 most expensive homes and can’t see any appointments on any of the properties around the date of your comment at the 2pm or 3pm times you’ve mentioned? We do have a Steve in the office, however we don’t have a receptionist so we are confused with who you spoke to? If you would like to contact the office then we would happily speak with you to find out how we got it so wrong, when all we needed to do was book for you to view a property, something we do multiple times everyday without issues. Sometimes there are occasions we arrange viewings and property owners or viewers unfortunately have to change times or cancel last minute, especially at this moment with covid-19 people are isolating more often and also concerned about viewings taking place. This scenario isn’t ideal for anyone, however we are accommodating and managing everyone the best we can whilst remaining as safe as possible following government guidelines. If you would be kind enough to call our office we would love the chance to put right any doubt you have about us wanting to sell a property we have for sale. We are here to sell properties and make friends, not waste people’s time I can assure you. Kind regards
