GoogleJust let our flat, with Kate Flynn and team doing an excellent job. They provided a realistic valuation, brought in quality potential tenants for viewings, and provided too-notch advice when another agent found potential tenants who proved to be unscrupulous. With so many other agents endlessly focused on the hard sell or highly inexperienced, it was really refreshing to work with JLL’s experienced, sensible team who seemed focused on taking care of clients. Thank you Kate and team - I would definitely work with you again.

GoogleWe were the buyers in a sale which was facilitated by Boutique. We were impressed by their competent and pragmatic approach, if there was anything which needed to be clarified they replied very promptly, kept us up to date and provided an excellent liaison to the vendors. We found them to be a friendly and very reliable team.

GoogleA fantastic service from a local company. Professional, helpful and friendly service and advice from James, Nikki and Amy helped me to sell my property with ease. They arranged escorted viewings and always kept me up to date with feedback and recommendations. Even sorted the solicitors who where brilliant. Cant say enough and would highly recommend. FacebookThe team at Michael Anthony are super helpful when it comes to buying and selling property. I recently sold my flat with them and felt in very safe hands throughout the process. From the first meeting, I felt like I was a valued customer. It was good to meet the whole team and know that they were all invested in my sale. The photos on the website and brochures were excellent quality, with sound, honest information for the potential buyers. I had lots of viewings and was really impressed with how easy that process was. It was clear when they had found a serious buyer and I felt like I was given sound advice on how to proceed. There was good communication along the way, but nothing too pushy or insincere. It was a genuinely good experience, even though buying and selling can be quite stressful. The recommendations for other services i.e. removals and solicitors were sound too. Many thanks for everything!
