GoogleWorst Estate Agents Around. They need to learn how to communicate with their clients. You never informed me with anything, so stop your lies. Gillian Spence Marla your Senior Letting Manager needs Customer Service Skills as she doesnt know how to talk to a customer. I requested a contractor to be sent out to the property Asap which you failed to do aswell as there were no follow-ups and nither any confirmation through emails that someone is gona visit the site instead so i assumed you didnt find anyone instead you bill me for something that i didn't require again and nither justified.You wasn't thinking i was gona wait forever for you imaginary contractor to turn up were you. And Thanks for nothing.

Usman were obviously really disappointed to receive this review. We have investigated this and we are sorry but we totally disagree with your comments as we clearly arranged with you for contractors to visit the house and you refused them entry which is where the problem arose. Contractors will unfortunately always charge for a failed visit which we cannot change.

GoogleNever did I ever think I would use the phrase "a fantastic and wonderful estate agency" but here we are. No. 86 are on the ball, patient, communicative and always responsive to all the worries and niggles that we had during our recent house purchase. They were just one in what we were fortunate to call a dream team of moving assistance and an absolutely vital part of that process. If you need an estate agent in the Swansea/Llanelli/Camarthen area I could not recommend anyone more highly. They are superstars.
