GoogleHave viewed a couple of properties with Kelita from Haart; helpful, knowledgable and informative on both occasions. Despite one of our offers not being successful while she was away on leave, she still followed up with us and gave us an update on the vendor's situation. Sales approach was professional and relaxed.

GoogleMoved in to a house which been flooded we pumped out 40l water from the downstairs carpet, we fix it , repaint and clean the whole house moved out 1 months ago as our tenancy is finished still we didnt see our deposit back ... I got pictures before and after ...

GoogleI recently rented a property through Haart. The communication was good until all payments were made and contract signed. I was unable to view as a tenant was in the property, therefore a video viewing was sent through. I was assured by Ryan that the property will be cleaned throughout and any repairs carried out. The inventory sheet states it was cleaned and items in working condition. The property has bird droppings on the walls, bird food and fur under furniture in bedroom and kitchen. The property smells, the carpet and walls are badly marked. The electric shower is broken. When I reported this to Ryan he asked me to raise issues with their maintenance team. No apology for not keeping to his word. A plumber was sent to quote the shower and flush to haart. To avoid inconvenience to a new tenant you'd expect an agency to notice this in their inspection before my move-in date. I'm awaiting response from Haart on when repairs will be carried out.

GoogleThey respond quick when one is about to rent the apartment but when there is an issue, they will not respond. Ever since we moved in, complained about maintenance issues through the portal provided but no one has responded up till now. it's been over 4 months now and no response o mails either.
