GoogleDuring a rather fraught and delayed process, Kelita and Nick have continued to keep us very well informed and have on occasions beaten our solicitors and the other estate agents when it has come to letting us know what is happening. GoogleI was fortunate to have Kelita deal with my recent sale which she did in a very professional and satisfactory manner. Through no fault of Haart's there were issues encountered during the process but Kelita dealt with everything without a hitch, and I was pleased with the way in which I was being updated by her as the sale progressed.

Ryan Tift explained it all with professionalism and transparency, had a flawless knowledge of MK, knew all the procedures for a tenant coming from abroad. GoogleI rent a property with Haart renting process was oki but after when we had problems with the house or contract we had to deal with most unprofessional not responsive and liars of management team expecially with Sabrina Gooroochurn. We had mould on walls they did nothing. Toilet broke so we had to wait a month to be fixed, and many more if you call or send email nobody respond I call maybe hundred of times an a lot of emails. In the future I will avoid this agency just not to have to deal with their management team. My advice stay away if you don't want stress and headache.

GoogleBeen chasing them for months for appliances to be repaired or changed and always get a reply back after 2 weeks saying that landlord is trying. I don't understand as per the agreement, Both parties must be bound and yet I am the one still paying rent for whole time and they are so unresponsive that even the customer relation team never replied. I had to finally make a complaint to Property Ombudsman and yet they still threaten me that my reference will be affected if I didn't pay my rent. (Which I withheld on purpose because if I pay it now, there is no way I will be compensated.).
