GoogleAS a landlord your might want to know that although they charge quite a lot of money for managing your property, when you asked for a builder’s quote, their quote will be almost 2.5 times more than usual quote. So most probably you will end up finding a builder yourself which defeats the point of fully managed property. One ridiculous quote they gave me was, re-grouting few tiles - £250.

GoogleZofia had shown us a few properties in MK. She was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. She had really good knowledge about the property that we were viewing and also about the area. She provided all the informations that we need to know. Even though we couldnt find the property according to our need but I would definitely recommed her to work with.

Googlehaart went above and beyond with the sale of our property. We were not in the country for the whole process and it went smoothly. They carried out checks on the house during the cold spells and drove keys around for us. Communication was top notch and there was always someone on the phone to help with any issues. Highly recommend the team.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting service. Have been renting with them for the last two and a half years, and that is how long we've been waiting for maintenance issues to be sorted - We had no working heating the first winter, a slight leak has been left for the last YEAR (and still) not to mention some defects effect the security of the property as well. Always ignoring every call, email, voicemail, but quick to chase every single Bank Holiday when the rent payments going through late due to bank's processing. When I can finally get through to them I keep getting empty promises, that they chase the contractors for the repairs, but nothing ever gets done and we get zero updates from them. Appalling that you pay over £1300 a month for a 3 bed and this is what you get. Tenants should avoid them for obvious reasons - you don't get no service for your money and landlords as well, as your houses will NOT be looked after by them - even you authorise repairs to be done. Shambles.

GoogleI chose Haart as an estate agent as they appeared to get the best prices for houses similar to what I was selling in my area. From the initial valuation through to the sale I was impressed with the whole process, especially by Heidi who kept us informed from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
