GoogleAnyone thinking about using Haart lettings think again! Worst customer experience as a tenant of any letting agent. A severe lack of support, service, communication and professionalism.
Upon entry to the property, our shock when the house was in a shocking state of cleanliness with ourselves as tenants having to clean the house. Moreover communication about the furniture fit at the day of the viewing was miscommunicated with size of beds being smaller when we started the tenancy.
Throughout our year let there was little or no communication, with maintenance requests and administrative tasks having been managed through multiple teams and people, taking weeks even months to fix.
I will never use Haart letting again after my experience this year and would strongly advise anyone considering using their service to re-consider.

GoogleWE DEALT WITH KELITA AND ARE TRANSACTION WAS CARRIE'D OUT WITH US BEING IN A DIFFERENT PART OF THE UK. KELITA AND THE TEAM WERE GREAT. EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND ALL WERE VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT. GREAT SERVICE AND HASSLE FREE.
ONLY SLIGHT FRUSTRATION WAS WHEN THE PHONE GOES TO THE CALL CENTRE/SUPPORT CENTRE OR HEAD OFFICE AS OPPOSED TO THE BRANCH. I WOULD MUCH RATHER EVEN AN ANSWER PHONE AT THE BRANCH AS OPPOSED TO BEING LOST IN THE EITEHR OF THE SUPPORT CENTRE/HEAD OFFICE. CALL BACKS DROPPED A LOT WHEN THAT HAPPENED.

GoogleI had a very positive experience buying through Haart. The agent was available to show me a property almost immediately who h was very helpful, as some agents are too busy and make appointments days in advance. I loved the property and as I had sold already, I was in a good position to proceed. They were always available when I wanted to view and were efficient at progress chasing. They found out information from the buyer for me quickly and when the alarm went off after I moved they again resolved the problem for me.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking! PLEASE do not rent with this agency. Haart have openly noted the drug use at a property I am living in three times, and have failed to prevent it. It is absolutely awful living conditions yet they are refusing to release me from my contract. As a young professional I don’t feel safe and Haart couldn’t care less! As well as this they left me with no working oven for almost a week. Worst decision of my life renting with Haart. I had problems from the start, they even had to give me compensation before I had even moved in! I’ve never had a problem with other agencies. It is not
just me having issues, many people have moved out quickly after renting in their properties. Every tennant I have met is dissatisfied. Please take my advice and never rent with Haart. Wish I could give 0 stars.

GoogleMiserable service right from the word go!
The flat was handed over in the dirtiest condition possible, and was claimed by Tom, the lettings agent as liveable!!
The repairs which were to be done at the beginning of our tenancy have not been done even 6months later.
Multiple emails and phone calls are in vain!
Pls don't rent with haart, and definitely don't rent any apartment in MK9 3NX.
They are responsive till they get your money.. And later they don't even respond..

They absolutely don't care of the tenant or of the property ( landlord I would be very worried to let them my property ). When you will raise an issue you will have no answer no feedback no action even after many phone calls, emails, voice messages ... Moreover are enable to communicate between them. I regret !

GoogleWe first met Nick Siequien when we wanted to show yet another member of the family around the house we were hoping to buy. He was really patient, accommodatong and responsive to what must have sounded silly questions in retrospect. He was very reassuring when our main agent contact was out of office.
Finally, about a week before our move we asked Haart to enquire whther the vendor would cut the hip high lawn before we moved in. It was sometime later that we discovered the vendor had declined the request, but Nick had used his own equipment and time to strim the savannah (several times) and rake up the remains into what amounted to a tidy silage bale! Furthermore, it was not he who first told us what he had done for us.
Grandchildren and pet cat were able to get out on the lawn immediately which matters to us. Thank you, your kind deed is much appreciated - a real 6 star service!
