GoogleWorst customer experience as a tenant of any letting agent. A severe lack of support, service, communication and professionalism. Be aware of your deposit,and the way they do the inventory at the beggining and then at the end. Also be aware of the hidden fees, and that you have to give your card details by phone, even your cvc. No, you can't pay there or online. I will never use Haart letting again.

GoogleAlthough I have not full completed my house sale yet I have found the service and proffesionalism from Deana Sultan exceptional. After every viewing she would contact me with an update and she worked hard to find me a buyer. She has continued to keep me updated on the process ofthe sale and answer any questions I have and has made something I thought would be extremely stressful run smoothly.

GoogleWorking with Haart as a tenant was awful. Totally unresponsive, absolutely no empathy for their tenants, lackluster organisation. The state of the flat I rented through them deteriorated, and the agency did absolutely nothing to help with my equally unresponsive landlord. AND, over a month later I am STILL waiting for my deposit back. Stay away from Haart at all costs.
